The ZEN HOUSE is an exquisite custom-designed home with tasteful oriental-style décor-a true respite of great style and charm. Nestled on its own beautifully landscaped 1.2 acres, this home offers privacy and tranquility-an island escape from the excesses and stresses of mainland life.

· Two bedrooms, each with queen bed and ensuite bath-- the master bath with an ocean view jacuzzi and separate shower;
· Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and appliances, including washer and dryer;
· Open floor plan with shoji doors for privacy;
· 14 speaker sound system with multi-room remote control;
· Cable TV,CD/DVD and VCR with CD collection;
· Ocean view separate office with DSL/highspeed internet access;
· Ceramic woodstove for that occasional cool night;
· Large wrap-around lanai for covered outdoor dining and lounging;
· Outdoor BBQ
· Ocean and sunset views throughout.

The ZEN HOUSE was carefully sited to take full advantage of prevailing day and nighttime breezes, and it is comfortable year-round at its 900 ft elevation. It is most appropriate for adults desiring a peaceful and quiet environment with few distractions.

RATES:
ZEN HOUSE is available for $1750/week, for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults/older children. For stays of less than one week, Zen House is available for $300/nght, with a 4-night minimum stay. In addition there are two taxes totaling 11.416%, a security deposit of $500 and an outcleaning fee of $145.

A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.
