Escape the stresses of mainland life to this new Polyn-Asian style home, just steps from lovely Manini Beach and beautiful Kealakekua Bay. The Point House offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a gourmet kitchen and a stunning second-floor master suite. Look north to the historic Captain Cook monument and Kealakekua Bay, a pristine marine sanctuary--home to frolicking spinner dolphins, colorful reef fish and sea turtles. Gaze west to the open Pacific and south to Keei Reef, a popular surfing spot.

The living room is comfortably furnished and features an entertainment center with cable TV and DVD player. High speed internet access is also provided. The kitchen provides all appliances and amenities and features a lovely koa wood countertop bar for casual dining. The outside lanai offers Indonesian furnishings for lounging and dining, and includes a large BBQ for meal preparation.

The two main floor bedrooms provide queen beds and separate baths, with private lanai entrances and mauka (mountain) views. All bedrooms provide top quality mattresses covered by all cotton linens for your comfort, and are furnished with Indonesian teakwood, some with marble countertops.

Be prepared for gorgeous panoramic views of the ocean in all directions from the second floor master bedroom suite and balcony. This suite features a queen bed, separate office area, luxurious marble shower and truly unforgettable views of Kealakekua Bay. Sleep peacefully to the sound of the ocean surf lapping the shoreline, and awaken to singing cardinals.

RATES:
The Point House is available for rental starting at $2450/week for no more than 6 occupants. For shorter stays the house is available for $400/night with a 5 night minimum stay. In addition there is a security deposit of $600 and an outcleaning fee of $225.

TAXES:
Rates are subject to two Hawaii taxes totaling 11.416%:
General Excise Tax ( GET ) of 4.166%; and
Transient Accommodations Tax ( TAT ) of 7.25%.

RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee.

Rates, minimum length of stay and cancellation policy subject to change at any time, especially during major holidays.
