Ocean Song provides three bedrooms and two baths, a spacious, bright and airy living room with cathedral ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen, and a covered poolside lanai for outdoor relaxation and dining. Other amenities include ceiling fans, TV/VCR and stereo with CD player, and washer and dryer. There is nearby access (with caution) for snorkeling and swimming in pristine coral reefs ornamented with exotic fish, manta rays, turtles and friendly dolphins. Explore this coastal paradise through kayaking and nature walks. Visit nearby sacred Hawaiian sites, and walk to a lovely, secluded sandy beach.

Ocean Song is a secluded home suitable for parties seeking a quiet, tranquil and pesticide-free environment. We regret that families with children under the age of 7 cannot be accommodated, due to safety considerations around the pool and the property's rocky ocean's edge. Kitchen Living Room Coast Bedroom

Ocean Song is available for rental starting at $2800/week for no more than 6 occupants. For shorter stays the house is available for $500 per night with a 4 night minimum stay. There is a security deposit required of $500 and an outcleaning fee of $250.

TAXES:
Rates are subject to two Hawaii taxes totaling 11.416%:
General Excise Tax ( GET ) of 4.166%; and
Transient Accommodations Tax ( TAT ) of 7.25%.

RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee.
