Iolani Cottage sits atop 600 foot cliffs overlooking the Hamakua Coastline and beautiful Waipio Valley, featuring a mile wide black sand beach, great hiking, rivers, waterfalls, taro farms and awesome views.

This luxury cottage features a private full bath, spacious kitchen and both a dining & well furnished living area. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed and a fold out queen futon in the living area. Luxuriate in the sensual jacuzzi tub on your private lanai with its breathtaking coastline views. Truly a romantic soak under the stars!

RATES: The Iolani Cottage is available for $195/night, single or double occupancy, with a 2 night minimum stay. There is an additional charge of $15/night/person for additional people. Maximum occupancy is 4.

TAXES:
Rates are subject to two Hawaii taxes totaling 11.416%:
General Excise Tax ( GET ) of 4.166%; and
Transient Accommodations Tax ( TAT ) of 7.25%.

RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee.
