Infinity House is a spacious and beautifully-furnished vacation home, close to the resort village of Kailua-Kona, yet on a secluded and very private 6 acres of open farmland, providing a tranquil, rural setting--the best of both worlds! The house is ideally sited to take full advantage of prevailing daytime and nighttime breezes.With ceiling fans throughout, it is comfortable year round at its 1000 ft elevation.

The master bedroom is king-bedded, with two private vanities and closets, and a dramatic circular glass block shower. The view from bed of the coastline north is truly spectacular. This master bedroom is at one end of the house, with the two remaining bedrooms at the other end, maximizing privacy and quiet for the guests. These two bedrooms are also light and spacious, one with a queen bed, and the other with a king bed or two twins. They share a second large, tub/shower bath. Both open through sliding glass doors to the pool and the lovely coastline view.

The living room with its cathedral ceiling is large and bright, with a comfortable leather sofa and chairs and an entertainment center with cable TV/VCR, and a stereo with CD player. There is even a working fireplace for the occasional cool night! This room opens and expands through a wall of sliding glass doors to include the large covered lanai with its superb coastline view. The lanai has a dining table and chairs and chaise longues for dining and relaxing adjacent to the lovely 10x30 ft (clothing-optional) pool. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with all appliances, another dining area, and a large pantry; even a ladder to a loft atop the pantry for an additional sleeping space. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, a BBQ area, and another half bath, conveniently located off the poolside lanai.

This luxurious residence is available for up to 6 people for a weekly rate of $2100-2450 ($300-350/night), depending on occupancy and time of year. For stays of less than one week, the rate is $350-400/night, with a four-night minimum stay. Children under the age of five are discouraged, due to safety considerations around the pool.

TAXES:
Rates are subject to two Hawaii taxes totaling 11.416%:
General Excise Tax ( GET ) of 4.166%; and
Transient Accommodations Tax ( TAT ) of 7.25%.

RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of the reservation, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation with 60 or more days notice will result in a refund of monies paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. With less than 60 days notice, refunds will be based solely on the ability to rebook the reserved dates; again minus the cancellation fee.
